Nestlé is proud to share it has earned a spot on Forbes’ America’s Best Large Employers 2026 list. This award is presented in collaboration with Statista, the world-leading statistics portal and industry ranking provider. The list was announced on February 10th, 2026, and can be viewed on the Forbes website.
Forbes and Statista selected America’s Best Employers 2026 through an independent survey from a sample of over 217,000 U.S. employees working for companies employing at least 1,000 people within the U.S. Over 3.5 million employer evaluations were considered. The final score is based on two types of evaluations: personal (those given by employees themselves) and public (those given by friends and family members of employees, or members of the public who work in the same industry), with a higher weighting for personal evaluations.
Companies were assessed across multiple dimensions, including workplace environment, culture, compensation, development opportunities, and overall employer reputation, with a strong emphasis on direct feedback from employees themselves.
"At Nestlé, our success starts with the people who deliver for our consumers and customers every day,” said Daniel Holden, Chief People Officer, Nestlé USA. “This recognition is meaningful because it reflects direct feedback from our teams. We’re focused on building a culture where our people can do high impact work, build skills that drive our business forward, and see the results of their contributions. When our people are equipped to perform at their best, we’re able to deliver the quality, innovation, and consistency consumers expect from us."
